Kale Chips - my new favourite snack


Have you tried making kale chips? Currently a bit of an obsession at our house. They taste great, are good for you and are really easy to make.

Kale Chips
Kale leaves
Olive oil
Seasonings to taste

- Cut the kale leaves into bite size pieces. Remove the thick stem that runs up the leaf.
- Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil. Use your hands to make sure the oil is spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with salt and seasonings of your choice.
- Arrange on a baking sheet
- Bake at 350 C for 15 minutes. 
- Check often to make sure they don't get too brown. 

Voilá. Kale chips.
