This is a busy time of year for many people, as different faiths celebrate their holy days. For me it's the time of Advent, preparing for the light of Christmas. This is also exam time for students and a general busyness that comes at the end of the year. It can also be a difficult time of year for many as we head towards the longest night, December 22.
My hope is that you find time in your day for a few moments of peace, to sit quietly with the light inside of you. Oh, and maybe find your inner frog too.
