I started doing core exercises again and I'm wondering where my abs went! It's been awhile since I've focussed on my core but I don't remember it being this hard. It's a good reminder to do bits of core work in all my workouts, even in yoga practice. Now when I do plank or side angle I'm taking a few minutes to do some leg lifts. Kind of like sneaking vegetables in to your food so you don't taste them!
