2 quarts water
2 mint tea bags
8 sprigs fresh mint
12 strawberries
Juice of 2 lemons (approx. 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup honey
1. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Place tea bags and mint leaves in a large nonmetallic bowl or heatproof pitcher. Pour water over mint and steep 10 minutes.
2. Puree strawberries, lemon juice and honey with a hand blender.
3. Remove and discard sprigs and tea bags from steeping solution. Stir in strawberry-lemon mixture and mix well. Chill before serving.
4. When ready to serve, pour into individual glasses and garnish with addition mint sprigs.
