Running Room Clinic



A big thank you to the Running Room for inviting me to speak at the Learn to Run Clinic on Monday night. It was a small but mighty few who braved the rain and cold temperatures for their run. During the presentation before their run we talked about the history of yoga, the different paths of yoga and explored hatha yoga, the practice that we generally see in North America. We also talked about the benefits of yoga in general and in particular for runners. There were a lot of really good questions about different styles of yoga, what yoga is and challenges with some of the postures, including downward facing dog.
