How to clean your yoga mat

Ever wonder why your yoga mat breaks down so quickly? At the Toronto Yoga Conference a salesman at the Fitness Flow booth said it is because many of the cleaning products we use contain Tea Tree Oil, which breaks down the rubber. He suggested the following:

Mat Cleaning solution: 
1 part lemon concentrate
2 parts vinegar
3 parts water
